Description
Baron Brewing is a playground for beer, where no two batches are the same. Made for the fun and love of the process – the next beer will be the best beer.
The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.
The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Can. Light haze on this amber brown beer, small pale tan head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, wishy washy dark malts, thin and watery chocolate. Some ripe fruits on the back end. Dry finish. The flavours are not bad but the palate is annoyingly thin and dry.

Rocky off white head on a dark brown body. Woody, conifer & herbal aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharp back. Malt, chocolate, pine, citrus peel & lemon with a hoppy finish. Tastes more like a Cascadian IPA than a Porter - very good though.
