On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry bugs and oakiness. Flavour is full of bugs, wild yeast, and a touch of citrus zest. Muddled and citrusy finish. It's okay.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and gentle tart citrus. Flavour is tart and gently acidic, with tart citrus, wild yeast and acidity. Acidic, wild finish. Clumsy and uncoordinated but not bad.
