Pours rather clear blonde. Small white head. Smell is full, tart, fresh, lemon zesty, balanced and refined. Taste is full, sharp, tart, beautifully balanced. Very dry ending. Refined. very good !

Really bright leafy hops, lots of bright citrus. Tart, dry, big amarillo character. Very good stuff. Complex, tart, bright just delicious.

12/07/18, juniper and lemon heaven, reminds me a bit of Thai rack at first but then the juniper comes out so nicely, hint of gin sweetness, sweet almost reminiscent of side project yeast profile.
