On tap Pours an orange copper with no head. Aromas of mashed fruit, berries and honey. Flavors of stone fruit skin, plum, intense honey, and wood. A lttle sour and a little sweet. Neat.

On tap at the source. Good foam on a dark black body. Nice roasted coffee, hoppy biscuit, reminiscent of a dark IPA. Taste is roasted biscuit, slight tart honey, ending smooth but a little thin. Has some promise, could be more bold.

On tap at the braggotery. Good cloudy orange, modest foam that's gone too fast. Nice tangerine on the nose it seems, sweet honey, soft grain. Taste is soft biscuit, sweet apricot, lingering sweetness. Delicate, balanced, enjoyable.

On tap at the meadery (braggotery?). Cloudy yellow and foam disappears too fast. Nice sweet honey aroma, good cracker behind it. Taste is a nice full honey modest sweetness, just a bit of grain. Approachable and well balanced.
