We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Keg at CBJ - cheers! Pours oily black-brown with a slight, creamy tan head. Big sweet flavour, lovely dark malts, cocoa, loads of dark fruits, dates, figs, raisins, wood, earth. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Sticky and warming finish. An outstanding small-dose sipper.

Keg at CBJ. Opaque dark brown black beer, small dark tan head. Smooth viscous palate, decent fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, good dark chocolate, very mild touch of roast and an even lighter touch of coffee. The coconut rum barrel provides smooth but spicy rum with a little toasted coconut. Softer coconut with more obvious rum on the back end. Leaves a mild spicy linger and a modest warmth. Another corking Impy from this brewery. Well worth the cost even at £7 for a third.

Crystal clear golden and beautiful amber coloured body with a thick-ish three centimetre tall off-white head above the crystal body with millions of small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of grass, light caramelised sugars with some alcohol and some metallic astringency noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Super syrupy, resinous, sweet and sticky hop and malt notes dominate at first with a lot of apricots and some herbal and perfumey qualities, but the alcohol and especially the cloying sugars are very pungent. Aftertaste is super crisp and pungent with way too much alcohol, metallic astringency and syrupy, sticky, resinous, cloying sugars make this a bit too strong. Overall, even if this would be in an 8 ounce can, it would be too much, but it's twice that size! Overall, a very strong, way too cloyingly sweet and resinous beer that is unfortunately in a format not suitable for the beer, but is at least bitter and showing some strong deep flavours, but good luck drinking the whole thing without falling asleep! Nice to try from Florida, but perhaps not worth the suitcase space if you're flying back home with it! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Lake Buena Vista (Store #004), Florida on 30-April-2022 for US$4,89 sampled at my house here in Washington on 14-June-2022.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 18/08/23. Pitch black with a dirty tan head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is chocolate, nutty, mellow bourbon barrel, spice, macadamia nuts, dark malts. Taste comprises dark chocolate, light spice, bourbon kiss, figs, booze, nutty bite, brown sugar melt, vanilla essence. Full bodied, oily cloying feel, semi drying close spliced with a balanced rising boost. Solid BA impy ... just a touch overly sweet for my liking but not enough to detract from the enjoyment.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Pitch black, minimal dark brown head. Aroma of boiled milk, syrup and chocolate cherry ice cream. Very sweet with full body and viscous mouthfeel. Offputting boiled milk, thick syrup and artificial sweetener, before a finish dominated by cheap cherry booze and Bailey's. While being a pretty vile concotion, it still may be on the higher end of pastry stouts.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of banana, peaches, pineapple, and funk. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of peaches, pineapple, bananas, and funk, leading to a tart finish.
