Description
Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Bottle share at CBJ. Keg. Hazy pinky gold, small pale peach colour head. Palate is light and fairly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Seltzer tart fruits, grapefruit, floral fruits, a little sherbet, generic fruits. Light tart finish. Tad dry but refreshing.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction - Bermondsey. Pours lightly hazed pink-gold with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with a nice pink lemonade character, mellow acidity, lemony tang. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish. Solid.

Keg at the Craft Beer Junction. A light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Obvious lime and less obvious mint. A mild salinity. Light semi dry finish. Light finish. Nice. Could be punchier.

Not the L6 bottleshare. Thanks to the team, group purchase from Craft Beer Junction. Opaque black brown beer, small tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, good fine carbonation. Incredibly rich dark chocolate malts. Spicy boozy mid. The mint is obvious on the back end and integrates well. Not quite the stellar base beer but delivers its own pleasures.

Can from Craft Beer Junction. Hazy orange gold beer, small cream colour head. Smooth palate, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Smooth malts, a mild creamy sweetness, nicely done for a brew like this. The El Dorado hops present as soft floral citric here. Light bright tangerine on the back end. Looking for El Dorado Sakura, it's there, mostly on the end, but less prominent than you might expect from a solo hop job. Whisper of hop spice on the close. A light and clean IPA that goes down easy.

Draught at Zeezicht, Breda. Clear yellow color, full sized white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish hoppy, blossomy, slightly a herbal note oddly enough, malt and hop bitters in the finish. Hmm don't really like it that much. Mwah at best.
