Boks på Craft Beer Junction: nesten helt klar lysegrønn (?) med fint skum som varer. Lys malt, pistasjnøtter, søt citrus pluss litt kokos, aprikos og vanilje. En høflig engelskmann ville sagt 'oh, that's quite interesting'. Men et nytt bryggeri er uansett at nytt bryggeri, koste hva det koste vil...

Pours a hazy yellow colout and a dense white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma's: fruity, grassy hops, citrussy. Retronasal it's fruity, malty, light hops. Flavour is light moderate sweet, fruity, with a hint of bitter. Light bodied. Light moderate bitter finish.

Keg at the last minute CBJ Tasting, 13/07/23. Golden amber with an off white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is lime leaf, straw, grains, lemon rind, hedgerow. Taste comprises grapefruit essence, twist of lime, herb, pinch of salt, damp hay, balsa wood, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge. Tasty Gose.

Bottle split at the last minute CBJ Tasting (big thanks Marcin for hosting), team effort for this one, 13/07/23. Pitch black with a khaki head that thins to the edge. Nose is chocolate, roast malts, bourbon drizzle, spice, hint of After Eight mints. Taste comprises chocolate cookies, bourbon bite, mellow roast, well balanced mint angle, cookie dough, hint of vanilla cream. Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Another solid BA impy from HS ... bang on the money with the mint on this one, probably the best I've had with said ingredient.

Keg at CBJ, 13/07/23. Black with a limited tan cap that soon escapes edgewards. Nose is chocolate melt, mellow dried fruit esters, booze, molasses, light barrel strokes, toasted brown sugar, toffee. Taste comprises decadent chocolate, toffee fudge, brown sugar melt, bourbon rip, dates, figs, molasses, chocolate dipped raisins. Full bodied, viscous oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced boost offered. Solid pastry kit.

Keg at Craft Beer Junction, 30/06/23. Lime green with a good size white cap. Nose is marshmallow, sugars, gummies, sweet edge. Taste comprises creamsicles, marshmallow, vanilla essence, light lactic tang, sugars, nutty trace. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest sour lilt. Fun looking but overly sweet and wouldn't want to take too much of this on board.

Bottle shared at Craft Beer Junction. Cheers team. Pours back-brown with a small, foamy tan head. Medium sweet flavour with lovely mint chocolate ice cream character, some booze, roast, cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish, more cocoa and cool mint. Very nice beer.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey. Thanks. An oily dark black brown coloured pour with a whispy dark tan head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roast, alcohol, light peppermint, after eight. Flavour is composed of semi sweet z oily, dark chocolate mellow mint, mellow barrel, bourbon,. Lingering dark chocolate. Intense. Really well done.
