Description
Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Can. A very light haze on this apricot - plum colour beer, small pale peach head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Light tart fruits, never properly sour and certainly never acid. Plum if you are looking for it, fair bit of pine alongside. The oak chips are a nice touch and a add light but really pleasing amount of vanilla with a whisper of fruity bourbon, just enough to provide some contrast from the tartness. Light, semi dry and crisp finish. Nice job. My kinda sour. It ain't bone dry, it ain't burning my throat and it ain't making me eyes flicker involuntarily. But hey, don't let that stop you lot from sucking up expensive Belgian lemon juice! 🤣

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to the team and Macin. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth viscous palate, decent fine carbonation. Rich dark malts, big coffee liqueur, slightly savoury. Light coconut and vanilla. Dark chocolate liqueur spice. Smooth and rich finish. Fuck me, this is properly decadent.
