Established in 2015
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Megantensywnie. Kokosa duzo, ale chyba nawet wiecej tych graham crackers, reszte tez czuc fajnie, sporo czekolady takiej 80% kakao, ale bardzo slodkie, bardzo cieliste, to wszystko slicznie przykryte kolderka beczkowych wanilin. Calosc nieco piernikowa.
#teamslodyczka i czuc te dodatki, ryli, chyba wszystkie... a z niewymienionych obstawialbym jeszcze laktoze. Bardzo bombonierkowe, bardzo pastry, bardzo zrownowazona paleta, ciut wadzi cos a la talk w uscie, ale i tak duze wrazenie. 4.3
To the right. Holy crap! Cocoa nib heaven!
Great if a hint on the sour side for me
Not like it matters out of these but to the left in the pic. Delicious super sweet pastry stout!

Can In a trade with Chalumeaux. Canned 7-26-2019. Nice bowl aroma of citrus and slight grass. Flavor shows bold citrus right up front. Subtle malt backbone. Very low grassy bitterness. Very refreshing!

Bottle. Pours motor black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong coconut, roast, dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla bean. Slick body, intense coconut, milk chocolate, light roast, boozy finish, enjoyed this.

Flavoured Berliner Weisse (with passionfruit, lime and – weirdly – ‘beet’), a collab of this Florida craft brewer with renowned Swedish Brewski. From a 44 cl can shared with Craftmember and Steve at Bar Beenhouwer. Egg-white, loose, bubbly head, quickly disappearing into as good as nothing; hazy ochre-ish tinged apricot blonde robe. Aroma of sweet tropical fruit (mango-maracuja coulis) with the passionfruit upfront in a very dominant way, strong clear lime as well, sour grapes, sour yoghurt, lemon flesh, redcurrant, pumice. Sour onset but not harshly so, very explicitly lime-like, softly acidic edges but a whole lot of sweet passionfruit too, more intense and pronounced than the sourness; medium carb, drying sourness but the sweet passionfruit keeps dominating over a slender wheaty, cereally malt base; very light earthy touch in the finish (for all I know, this could well be the beet’s contribution), passionfruit and lime remaining dominant with a light chalky note in the end, as with most Berliner Weisses for some reason. Cocktail-like (or mocktail perhaps, at this ABV), frankly rather childish interpretation of a flavoured Berliner Weisse – way too much sweet passionfruit and perfumey lime obscure the very beer itself. Berliner Weisse in a simplistic way, a generic kettle soured beer in fact, but surely accessible to larger audiences who have no idea about the historical properties of the style.

Pastry deluxe. Mycket gott.
