Bottle, 75cl. A clear golden colored cider with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is clean and nice, with lots of fresh apple, hints of apple pie, a good dash of apple marmalade and hints of flowers and grass. It's full-bodied and softly carbonated, pleasantly sweet and sourish, with a good dash of apple flavors. Fresh apples, apple juice, hints of grass, apple core hints and some notes of apple jam. Vague hints of pear and melon lurks in the background, along with some citric acidity. Lasting finish with lots of apple flavors. A delicious, tasteful, balanced and very well crafted cider indeed. Feels a bit sweet at times, but overall it's just delicious. 210722

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Bjørnøy 06.06.20. Clear white wine colour. Np head. Well-balanced and complex, with wild apples and wild apple zest. Refreshing!

0,75 flaske kjøpt hos bonden selv og delt på RBHD-samling på Bjørnøy juni-20: hvitvinsgylden uten skum. Perlende munnfølelse og med en nydelig og sammensatt eplearoma. Søtlig og eplefrisk på alle måter. En elegant debut fra en ny produsent, og like anvendelig som aperitiff, til dessert eller som ren nytelse.Gratulerer!
