Bottle. Clear golden body under a fast disappearing, small white head. Both aroma and taste are quite mild and clean. There is a distinct but not particular strong apple flavor, balanced sweetness, and acidity. Easy drinkable and suitable for milder dishes. Balanced body and same, easy going aftertaste. Sure a pleasant cider that would never be able to offend anyone.

0,75 flasek fra Apal Sideri, oppmerksomt overlevert av seremonimester Melberg og delt med Kitty og Einar: klar blek strågylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Frisk, syrlig og en tanke skarp smak. Aromaen har i tillegg noe lett parfymert over seg. Deilig eplesyrlighet (og diskret humlebitterhet) i avslutningen.

750 ml green bottle, from the cidery. ABV is 7%. Apple varieties are Discovery and Gravenstein, hops are also added. Clear and extremely pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. "Perfumed" aroma of roses and sweet apples, a spicy hint of hops. Light bodied for its strength. Slightly dry flavour of apples, noticeable bittering hops.

Shared bottle at regional tasting. Pink colour. Aroma of apples and raspberries. Flavour also of apples and raspberries, with a slight bitterness in the finish. I will follow this cidery with interest in the future.

Rerate, 750 ml clear bottle, batch #004/2020, shared with my son. Purchased at Vinmonopolet July 2021. ABV is 8%. Very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Fresh apple aroma and flavour, the apple varieties used are Summerred and Red Aroma. I'm upping the score a bit.
Original rating, 5.6: Shared 750 ml bottle. Clear and very pale yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma, not impressive. The flavour is better, medium sweet with distinct apple notes. This is their first cider, will be interesting to see what they can do in the future.

Jæren Ølfestival 2021. Pale red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is apples, berries. Flavor is apples, berries, raspberries, alcohol, sourness, grass. Easy drinkable cider.

YG 220721. Straw color with no head. Aroma is apples, sourness, sugar, floral, grass. Nice cider.
