Dry cider from Apal, not so different from Sølvsider, but even drier and with more apple acid. Good with food.

Superfin cideraften på Mi2 med besøk av Apal og OmCider, med totalt 11 av deres produkter (alle fra 0,7 eller 0,33 flasker), og denne var passende nok den siste. Oj, oj, oj - her bredte det seg salige smil rundt bordet. En herlig, saftig og intens (for å si det forsiktig!) eplearoma og -smak. Veelig søt, uten at det ser ut til å sjenere noen i panelet. Ser ut som cognac/calvados, men smaker suverent bedre.

Superfin cideraften på Mi2 med besøk av Apal og OmCider, med totalt 11 av deres produkter (alle fra 0,7 eller 0,33 flasker), krydret av særdeles hyggelige og informative samtaler: klar lys gylden med perlende munnfølelse. Deilig, halvtørr saftighet med høy ff (forfriskningsfaktor).

Bottle, 75cl corked. Too heavily carbonated for my liking. Fresh apple, grass and a woody touch. Apple jam hints. Way too much carbonation going on here, else it's a nice cider indeed. 747314 251231

Bottle, 75cl, from trade with Bryne. Clean, dry and with a good apple flavor. Some apple cores and grass, and a hint of alcohol. Really nice. 748416

Bottle. Crystal clear reddish deep golden, still and oily. Intense apple aroma with sugar, alcohol, apple pie notes and apple jam. Some alcohol. Full body, oily, warming and sweet. Intense apple flavor too, apple pie, apple jam, overripe apple. Tilslørte bondepiker i flytende form. Nice indeed. Delicious. 250221

Flat, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, minerals, bark, apple peel, alcohol, leafs, sour apples, grass, hay, paper. Taste is slightly concentrated sweet sour-ish fruity, concentrated apple juice, dried apples, grass, apple cores, minerals, alcohol, sour apples, citrus. Medium to longlasting bitterness, sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice taste.
