Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy straw colored. Aroma is fresh fruity, dusty apples, fresh hops, leafs, flowers, apple peel, citrus, grass, herbs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, apple cores, fresh hops, flowers, leafs, dusty apples, citrus, grass, apple peel, hints of alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and refreshing.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear light reddish orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, hay, flowers, dusty raspberries, grass, minerals, weeds, yeast, berry skin, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, apple cores, grass, sour raspberries, fruit stones, alcohol, minerals, berry skin, hay, flowers. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough, a bit too boozy.

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival pre-tasting. It pours a clear pale straw colored body. Some carbonation and a few white bubbles. Perfumed, apple aroma with a touch of apple cores and a hint of leaves. It’s nicely carbonated and quite dry on the palate, medium to full bodied, with a light acidity. Apple, some apple cores and a leavey, grassy touch, quite perfumed. Lasting finish with lots of apple. A bit straight forward this one, but refreshing. 220812
