Draught at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2026. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, wood, oak, funk. Taste is appley, fruity, woody, funk, oaky, vanilla, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic oaky finish. Nicely drinkable

750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. Opened with a loud pop. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates away and aroma of oak, bready yeast, apple. Taste is tart, appley, woody, vanilla, oak, white wine, with some bright acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry oaky acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is tart, green appley, oaky, and vanilla, gooseberry, white wine notes, along with some bright acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart appley finish. Nicely drinkable.
