500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Hazy orangey gold colour, white foam head that slowly dissipates and aroma of fruity, apple, fleshy, woody hints. Taste is sweetish, apple, oak, vanilla, wood barrel, tangy and acidic, along with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear very pale golden yellow complexion. Crisp palate, producing clean green apple notes with soft cheesy suggestions on the finish, tangy moments. Light and dry. Decent.

750ml wired cork bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, pale yellow gold colour, big fizzy foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of fleshy tangy apple, bready, citric, vanilla hint. Taste is sweetish, tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, some core, with lemon zest, bready notes and some drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden amber with minimal head. Aroma is woody, apple, citric, acidic, lightly spiced. Moderate sweetness. Moderate tartness. Moderate body, quite watery, low carbonation. Tart, dry, woody, tannic finish.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Bottle No. 121 Vintage 2020. Orange gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of woody oak, barnyard funk. Taste is tangy, apple, oaky, some vanilla, mucky funk and woody tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
