Bottle. A clear golden beer with a dense finger thick off-white head leaving some lacing. Fruity, clove like aroma with some peaches and caramel. Lightly flowered flavor with citrusy fruityness and some caramel. Decent bitterness. Some anise and lemon zest too. Lasting finish. Far from superb this one, messy but drinkable. 160409

clear yellow, smooth white head. nice sweet pils aroma, good malts, good sweetness, faint metal and faint macro sweetness also in there, but overall aroma impression is a lot better than ordinary macro pils. Flavor is malty, with flowery fruity and almost citrussy notes, this feels a bit off to me, or they used some pretty nonstandard hops. Beer is not over time.. it tastes almost like a good pils had been mixed up with a little bit of orange juice. Or perhaps poured with a slice of lime in the neck of the bottle.

Bottle @ Home. Pours dark golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grain, yeast, light grass, light herbal hops, very light citrus. Flavor is light sour, light sweet, malty, yeast, herbal, weak citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light acidic finish. Unclean. 050416

Clear amber, small offwhite head. Weird aroma, fruity, herbal and softly spicy. Flavour has some yeast, sweetish with fruity notes. Slightly Belgian perhaps but far from an IPA. Strange.

Bottle, 5.9%. Fruity aroma, hint of cat piss and white wine. Clear copper colour. Small stable creamy white head. The flavour is not as good as the aroma, meaty, Belgian yeast, strange fruit. Citric finish, slightly unclean.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of bread, malt and dia, with notes of fruit. Citric flavour with notes of fruit and bread and some estery hints. Acetic afteraste. Quite sour in an unpleasant way. Unbalanced. Nothing to write home about.

Flaske fra Kvickly Falkoner alle (Frederiksberg), på hytta: importkofferten er pakket med godsaker, så nå er det på tide å finne noe i kjøleskapet. Dyp rød mahogny med fint beige skum som gir kniplinger og film. Bær, malt og urter i aroma og smak. En forfriskende og god bock med god balanse mellom sødme og bitterhet. Kanskje litt vandig mot slutten, men den renner sorgløst over ganen.
