Somos Cristina Sáez y Andreas Hakansson. En 2019 creamos juntos Sáez & Son en Valencia, tras 5 años de educación y experiencia en Berlín. Allí, nos formamos en la escuela VLB como maestros cerveceros y trabajamos en fábricas como Stone Brewing y BRLO. En paralelo, gestionamos nuestra marca de cerveza artesanal, Pirate Brew Berlín. Con esta experiencia, educación y pasión, creamos Sáez & Son, para poder ofreceros cervezas actuales y diferentes. Nuestra mentalidad cervecera, combina lo clásico y moderno, resultando en cervezas sorprendentes y creativas, además de equilibradas y elegantes.

Årets første sykkeltur langs Gandsfjorden brakte meg på forunderlig vis til Melkebaren, hvor jeg måtte gå planken: uklar blekgul med fint skum som varer. Mykt anslag av tropiske frukter, ananas og aprikosmarmelade. God maltkropp og mild bitterhet i den saftige avslutningen.
