Clear, amber to dark golden color. Lovely nose of apples, pears, caramel-sweetness, some spicy and tobacco aromas. Taste is tart, sweet pears, fruity, slightly acidic. Very nice!

Bottle from SinH4, many thanks! Dark golden. Caramelized apples, oak, some booze, walnut, blue cheese. Quite complex with layers of intensity. Light touch of acidity to offset the heavy sweetness. Lovely stuff.

Courtesy of Stefan cheers mate, had this Thursday 6th January 2022 listening to Dreamwife - So When you Gonna. We had pizza outside in the wood oven. Pours brown, not quite clear. Super sweet and yet also with a lovely tartness, the usual nods to a rich apple pie come through *yeah I know that it's pear 🍐. Coats the mouth, like a super dessert wine, but hey what a fabulous Ice Perry.

Looks like a whiskey, golden brown. Super complex caramel candy-apple nose, more powerful than the #2 on the nose and less fruity. Flavor is less fruity as well, but more powerful caramel and candy flavors.

Very fruity nose, fresh and acidic, you can tell it's pear. Caramel, sugars, well balanced with the acidity, big mouthfeel. Good complexity. Excellent fruit beverage!
