Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, tart pear, pear - apple, sugary, wood, dry, fruity, peel. Body is medium, texture is oily - syrupy, carbonation is flat. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple and pear, oxidide, wood - oak, walnut, sharp. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, walnut, oxidide, pear - apple, wood. Clear catpiss. Aroma is pear and pear juice forward, some faint elder flower, a bit squeaky. Taste is the same squeaky sweetness. A bit too sweet. Still drinkable. Ok.
0.33 bottle. Clear light straw. Fantastic pear aroma like a Williams schnapps. Flavor has very little elderflower flavor, but fantastic overall. Highly recommended.

Bottle. Pale yellow. Sweet pear cake, elderflower, medium body, sweet, light spice, flowery, pear and leafy retronasal. Nice!

Bottle, many thanks herrklemann! Rather clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh pear, light custard, elderflowers indeed, flowery hops. Taste is sweet pears, vanilla, flowery hops, grassy, aromatic elderflower syrup finish. Fizzy carbonation. Tasty!

Sampled from bottle shared by SinH4 @ hotelroom tasting after Borefts 2018 Day 1. Clear dark golden to copper / light amber color. Aroma is much less intense than the number 1 Glacialis. Flavor though is, although also less intense, quite rich and full. Lingering sweet ripe thick rich apple flavor. Don't get pear, also not in no.1, as pear in my taste is much more soft sugary sweet instead of the sharp sugary sweetness I get in this. Quite pleasant though.

200ml bottle, trade courtesy of Herrkleman, many thanks Klemens! Orange-brown amber colour, no head and aroma of dessert pear, vanilla, apple pie, walnuts. Taste is sweet and slightly tart, concentrated juicy fruity pear & apple syrup, with woody, vanilla, pastry notes, walnut and spicy hints. Syrupy mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, dry clean finish. Very nicely sippable.
Bottle. Slightly funky, pears, light fermentation, residual sugar, perfumy.
