Can picked up from Bierkiste (I think?) and consumed at home, had it Christmas Day, Monday 25th December 2023 after a big lunch at Gasthof zum Sonnenwald Schöfweg. Listening to Fever Ray - Radical Romantics. Pours black beer with a small beige head. Chocolate on the nose but not much else, ok perhaps some fruit, and I suppose I am believing cherries I guess. Similar in the mouth, tastes a bit thin for the abv, not doing too much for me.

Tap at Frisches. Hazy rusty brown, offwhite head. Apple, orange peel, elderflower, melon. Medium body, minty candy on the palate, light caramel and roast, grass and melonrind bitter finish. Not sure if combining stuffy malt and stuffy aromatics is the best idea…

33cl can. A almost clear deep amber beer with a big off white head. Aroma of resinous bitter hops, red malt, caramel. Taste of caramelized red malt, caramel, pine needles, moderate bitterness.

33cl can. A almost black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of sweet dark chocolate malt, some cherries, lactose. Taste is the same.

Dark brown murk with floaties. Aroma is cocoa light cherry light dough and a hint of almond. Taste is sour cherry with some bittersweet cocoa. Also some sour malty notes. Alright.

Can picked up from Bierkiste München and consumed at home Boxing Day Monday 26th December 2022, listening to Dry Cleaning - Stumpwork. Resinous from the off, dry, bitter and leaves a real furry rasp across the tongue, nice nose also. Pours gold with a little haze, white head atop.
