Can, Biervana. Dark murky brown, golden brown creamy head. Roast malt and lightly sour Kirsch aroma. Medium to full sweet body, mellow mouthfeel. Cake start: Sweet dulce de leche, chocolate - dark and confectionary, cherry preserve, dry Wiener Boden, roast and coffee finish. Fun.

330ml can. Quasi black colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Relatively weak, roasty, chocolately, dark malty and minimally fruity aroma, notes of dark chocolate, a touch of roasted nuts, some morello, minimally metallic overtones. Taste is bitter, roasty and chocolately, dark malty, slightly bitter hoppy, minimally metallic, weak fruity hints of cherry, morello, some dark chocolate, a touch of roasted nuts, chocolate cake. Watery texture, dry, minimally repellant palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. OK composition, a bit cautious, light off-flavours - improvable.

Malziger, leicht schokoladiger Beginn, was zum Mittelteil ansteigt. Kirschen sind nur hintergründig erschmeckbar, was hier aber durchaus passt und gut zum ebenfalls milden Schokoladenton passt. Mild röstig, rund, passend zum Thema Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte. 7/11/9/10/12/10

Süffig hopfiger, schnell trocken werdender Beginn. Spritzig, kräutrig, Wacholder hätte ich hier aber nicht direkt erkannt, wüsste ich es nicht. Spritzig, angenehm milde Bitterkeit, Süffig. Rund, weich, zum Ende herber und auch etwas hopfiger. Langer Nachhall. 9/11/9/9/13/9
