From bottle at Erik and Christine’s place in Kristiansund 31.12.22. Clear pale straw colour. Almost no head. Excellently refreshing taste of sour wild apples and apple peel. Dry.

Strågul med hvitt skum/bobler. Lukter eple og litt eddik. Frisk og myk i munnfølelse. God smak av modne epler og litt krydder. Akkurat passe søt. En god en dette:-)

750 ml bottle, harvest 2021, from Vinmonopolet Etne. ABV is 7% (2020 harvest was apparently 7.5%). Very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a moderate but shortlived white head. Pleasant and typical "spicy" aroma of Gravenstein apples. Semi-dry flavour of Gravenstein apples, thinner body than expected. A fairly nice cider though.

Sample kindly provided by gunnfryd. Pale golden to straw yellow body with moderate carbonation and practically no head. Nice, clean but mild apple aroma, hint of acidity. Taste is light and fresh with sweet and sour apple without any off flavors. Medium body and slightly acidic apple aftertaste. Not much going on, but OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2020 vintage. A clear pale straw colored cider with some carbonation. Pleasant apple aroma, with some green grapes and grass. Melon hints. It's pleasantly carbonated, dry and medium to full-bodied, with a very clean apple flavor. Some grass, grapes and alcohol. Medium length finish. Tasteful and easy drinkable, although not very complex. 211106

Solsletta 010921. Straw color with white bubbles. Aroma is apples, sulphur. Flavor is apple, sulphur, hay, grass, sourness, alcohol. Nice cider.
