Bottle, 75 cl corked. A sparkling hay colored cider with a small white head. The aroma has lots of ripe yellow apple, with a touch of apple cores, grass and some autumn orchard. It's dry and smooth on the palate, quite effervescent, with a touch of alcohol warmth. Ripe yellow apple, some apple cores and grass and a hint of alcohol. Faint notes of sulphur. Long fruity finish. A very pleasant and tasteful one. 210901

Fra mine fortsatt dechiffrerbare skriblerier etter Jæren Ølfestival 2021 (elegant arrangert av Jæren Fråholdslag): klar, blek strågul. Lett perlende og oppløftende smak, eplefrisk så det holder. Avslutningen byr også på den viktige mersmaken. 0,75 flaske fra VP Bø i Telemark.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear straw colored body, with a lively carbonation and some short-lived white bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of fresh apples and apple juice, with some grass, faint hints of something lemony and apple cores, and a very light floral note. It's soft and smooth on the palate, nicely carbonated and mostly on the dry side, with some acidity, but also a sweetness bringing some balance into the accounts. The flavor has ripe yellow apples, some apple juice, hints of apple cores, grass and flowers, and even some light woody hints. Lasting finish with apples running the show. A very pleasant, balanced and tasteful cider that even slakes the thirst, sort of. 210718
