Nice fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, yellow apples, grass, flowers, hay, apple peel, leafs, minerals, apple cores, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, yellow apples, hay, sorrel, apple peel, minerals, flowers, sour apples, grass, apple cores, bark. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel, mild warming chili touch. Fair enough.

Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma has notes of apple and hint of chili. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long sweet apple and mild chili finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A straw colored cider, still and headless. The aroma has fresh apple juice, with a tad of pear and some grassy, vegetal hints. Some alcohol. It's medium to full-bodied, softly carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with an apple driven flavor. Some vegetal chili notes, pear and a touch of citrus juice. A hint of chili warmth too, but very gentle. More chili flavor in the finish. Quite nice this one. 230408
