Bottle, home. Delicious kriek. This beer pours a bright shade of crimson with an enormous, bubbly pink head. It’s obviously very carbonated as tiny bubbles race up the glass, champagne-like. The aroma is a fantastic mix of bright cherries and softly sour funk. It’s really good cherry pie as a lambic. There’s a little bit of vinegar in the flavor and somewhat more sour funk. It’s a dry beer but the cherries nearly seem sweet. The mouthfeel is bubbly but soft and very clean. Excellent.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, off-white head sitting on top. Sugary, syrupy nose with fruits and grains. Fruity, grainy flavor with a short grainy and fruity finish. Medium body with good carbonation. A boring beer, but quite easy drinkable. 091024

Bottle at Kulminator, Thanks to Richard and Mike from The Rake for having this otherwise I wouldn’t have bought a bottle. Clear deep red, with red/pink head. Fresh hand picked creamy raspberry in the mouth. Good sweet jam and sour edge on the finish. Good to have once, may get sickly if you had more than one bottle in a sitting.

Bottle from Solan, best before jan ’09. Pinkish brown color. Raspberry and mango in the aroma. Sweet vinous flavor with sour notes, raspberry and lemon. Sugary and sticky. Aspartame notes. Lovely aroma, but this beer shouldn’t been sweeted.
