Pours clear, medium dark blonde. Scent is full, typical OB lambic. Medium BA profile. taste is dry, funky, typical OB, well pronounced barrel. Very woody . oaky. Medium cognac intensity. Loads of tannins, a bit harsh.

Pours clear, dark amberblonde. Scent is full, funky lambic. Violers are mild. Taste is milder than expected acidity, green apple. Funk and wood. Typical OB. Tad herbal, but the violets aren't as pronounced as hoped. Malty, floral finish.
