Draught Fully muddy orangey-ochre beer, no head. Putteke , sulphur, decay, old wet wood on the verge of rotting. Not really inviting nose. Light lemony flavour with indeed a hoppy vector. Dry lambic, spring leaves and underlying sweeter young lambic with farmyard & horseblanket. Tad of sulphur again. Light lipsmacking acidity, slightly more than light bodied. As good as no carbonation. The nose is off-putting, but from there it gets better and better.

A golden Gueuze with a thin white head. In aroma, nice ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, horse blanket, very nice and complex. In mouth, a nice tart cherry with light Brett, light lactic notes, light mineral Epsom salts, green apples, nice and tart. Bottle at ratebeer Quebec gathering.

Poured a dark grapefruit orange color with a small wispy head. Aroma was funky hay, oak, light grapes. Flavor was orange peel, funky.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has a nice rose floral character, some moderate funk, and leathery notes. Flavour is complex, with a nice black peppery character, leather, barnyard funk, and a nice floral rose character. Peppery, funky and champagne-like. Excellent.

From a bottle at a RateBeer tasting. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas of horse blanket. Flavors are mildly sour and classically Belgian.
