Aromas are vinegar, malt, cherries. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose. Mild tartness with a little sweet in back and good carbonation but not much cherry. Light tart finish. Kind of a disappointment.

Aromas are Brett, toffee, funk, malt and stone fruit. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, with mild tartness and enough fruit and malt sweet to balance with just right carbonation. Enough bitter to keep it interesting. Finish follows flavors and is pleasant. Very nice beer.

From tap at Billie's, Antwerpen. Tart and funky, some pine needles, citrus, lemon. Nicely tart, dry. Body is medium. Good funky aroma, refreshing, pretty tasty.

Bottle from Beer Republic. 2020 vintage. Aroma is bretty funk with notes of grapes, grainy malt, some citrus and a hint of apple, lemon, peppery yeast. Flavour is medium sour with a dry conclusion. Body is medium. Dry, funky, grapey. Fine!

From tap at Tapperij Het Veulen, Den Bosch. Strong smoked Lapsang aroma with tart fruity notes. Funky with tart citrus, picking up a little lemon. Some apricot/stone fruit. Medium body. Tart and medium sour flavour, a lot of Lapsang in the finish.

22/1/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is funky, herbal, woody, whisky, sweet musty apple, honey hints. Medium sweetness, sharp tartness. Medium body, sparkling carbonation. Lovely refreshing elements. Very good.
