Aroma of sour apples, wood, barnyard funk, white wine. Flavour is mild tart and just a little sweet. Quite dry, carbonated like champagne. Not the most aromatic or sour Gueuze, but very gentle, balanced and easy drinkable. I could not stop taking sips from this.

Fruity aroma of sour cherries, some oak, some barnyard funk. Flavour is fruity, cherry, nicely sour. Cherry sweetness is kept to an absolute minimum, which is my preference. None of that artificial sweetener crap, this is the real deal. Wonderful Kriek.

Fruity aroma of light sourish raspberries, very light barnyard. Flavour is moderate sour and light sweet. This would have been even better with a little more tartness.

Clear light orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: funky, wild, weird, some sulphur, a bit dirty, cabbages. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish start, funky, a bit lemony, bitter, a bit herbal, weird but not great. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, more herbal notes, funky, woody, some tannins. Not getting that matcha tea?

W aromacie bretty, głównie skóra, siano, owoce.
W smaku bardzo wytrawne, ogrom nut funky, głównie skóry i siana, czuć, że ma się do czynienia z dość starym lambikiem. Kwaśność średnia, optymalna, nieznaczny ocet.
Wysycenie w normie, ciało lekkie, świetna pijalność, dobry balans.
Genialne piwo, ma wszystkie, czego można się spodziewać po tym stylu, ale tutaj jest do podniesione do potęgi. Gorąco polecam.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sour e di vinoso. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di panettone, agrumi, frutto della passione, aromi dello scantinato, cuoio, terra, rabarbaro, ciliegia, vino bianco, burro,acetoso, sidro, zolfo e sour.

Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Aroma is malt, ripe fruits, ripe apricot, sugary notes, mildly spicy yeast, perfumed notes, alcohol. Flavour is sweet and sugary with a little bitterness in the slightly boozy finish. Body is medium. Sugary and boozy, very disappointing coming from Oud Beersel.

Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is peppery yeast, fruity notes, tart lemon, soft bready malt, mild Bretty funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and mildly tart with a touch of sour. Body is medium with a slightly dry finish. Easy alliance between peppery fruity Belgian ale and funky Lambic. Mildly funky and tart, nice one.

Bottle from Flink Gegist, Delft. Fruity aroma with citrus, lemon, wood, musty barnyard funk, apple juice, hay, and a touch of stone fruits. Flavour is tart and medium sour with a little sweetness and bitterness. Body is medium with some fairly fizzy carbonation. May not be the most complex or sour Gueuze but it has a wonderful balanced drinkability, tons of fruits and funk. Tart and sour, my appreciation grew as my glass became more empty, ultimately leaving me anxious for more.

Есть сразу в запахе нотки от трав, много сена и коровника в целом, квашеность легкая. Цвет немного мутный, желтый, пенки почти нету. Вкус на уровне. В меру мягкий, хотя при этом намеки на сено. Есть прямо трава, как хмель как будто, точнее пыльца от нее. Снова много коровника. При глотке кислинка цитрусовая. Что странно это реально маленькая газация для этого стиля. В целом на уровне.
