Pâle sur un voile léger, col blanc pétillant et pas tenace.
Un cidre classique avec une belle note acerbe et fraiche de pommes - touche verte avec un fleuri délicat tout en ayant ce côté aigrelet en retrait. Bonne pétillance avec une rondeur en fin de bouche, note fine tannique. Le tout garde cependant un fini unidimensionnel.

Bottle 37.5cl. corked and caged @home poured into a shaker. Tart and barnyard nose. Clear deep amberbrown colour, small moussy beige head, slowly diminishing to a thin layer, light lacing. Aroma lambic, barnyard, wood, horse blanket, redcurrant. Fruity taste, medium sour and below medium sweet, tart, malty notes, red berries, sour apples, balsamico, woody notes. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, woody notes, earthy notes, complex aad smooth impression, very good.

Pours a clean, deep golden under a very big white, stable head. Scent is on spot ! typical OB geuze greatness (I always get green apple specifically with them) as well as the pine-tree needles - which is a bit loud , but if thats what the beer is all about, why blame it to be clearly recognizable? Taste is more unique than expected. The geuze took a honorary second place, under the lead of the very herbal / spice notes from the pine bud's. A bit much, perhaps, to be an actual drinking beer, but surely a tasting pleasure. Smaller bottle would be a better fit to solo dome though.

Bottle. Unclear golden body with a quite big, lacing white head. Nice funky, pleasant aroma. Flavor is mild pale malt, a bit fruity, some lemon, some wood and funky acidic. Fine balanced body and pleasant, refreshing acidic aftertaste. Very nice and refreshing lambic kind of flavor, the wood character is less dominant than expected, a rather nice and easy beer it is. Easy drinkable.

Bottle. Unclear orange golden body with a big, fluffy white head. Nice funky aroma, pretty classics Oud Beersel with citric fruit, lemon, wood, cellar notes and Brett. Same goes for the flavor, its more complex than a ordinary lambic and if I didn't know I would have guessed that this was a Geuze, the walnut is not recognized by me but there is some kind of unusually fruit here that might as well be the green nut flavor. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Very refreshing, complex and tasty, wonderful.

At Beertime. A pretty basic lambic, not much more to say. Sour, tart, funky, but nothing special about this one. Good but in no way great.

Tap at Billie’s, on Friday I believe. Kellemesen fuszeres, funky and savanykas lambic, meglehetosen jo aranyokkal, es kifejezettne kellemes, kisse floralis-herbalis borsossaggal.

Bag in a box at Hopa. Semi clear golden with no head. It’s got an interesting, green, somewhat earthy perhaps, salty-herbal character that combines pretty well with the acidity and funk of the base beer. Not the usual stuff, but definitely worked for me.
