37,5cl bottle (bottled 19/09/2022) from Spar in Oostende. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: shiny gold, hazy. A: yellow kiwi, lemon, gooseberries, yellow plums, nice fruity sour, woody, peach. T: medium malty base, light sour fruity, yellow plums, dark gooseberries, peach, woody, bit lactic, white wine touch, decent bitterness, light puckering, medium carbonation, really delicious for the style, fully enjoyed.

Draught Rosy-golden clear beer with no head. Violet aroma indeed - as the guimauve sweets. Some old wood in the background. Violet, old lambic, bit of lemon, pipe tobacco. Light body with almost no carbonation. Might benefit from a kick in the *rse, tastewise.

Hazy, pale amber. Lots of head. Leathery aroma makes me happy. Complex bugs. Quality malt. Lean body, quality bugs and a very good berryish fruity complexity. Light acidity. Honestly, this complexity/acidity ratio is very high, which is a sign of an exceptional gueuze. There's hay, fresh grassy hop notes, and complex bitterness. This is delicious.
