Can. A medium haze on this gold beer, teeny tiny pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, sweet enough. Light pine. Light juicy citrus hops. Mild mandarin and very mellow yellow grapefruit. Light crispy finish finds a modest hop spice that lingers on. Tidy and drinkable.

Gravity cask at the 2024 Leicester CAMRA Beer Festival, Abbey Pumping Station. As Mill Hill Plum Mild. Purplish dark brown with a small smattering of loose beige head. Gentle plum aroma, some liquorice, maybe the hintiest hint of smoke. Lots of plum and raisin in the sweet taste, with the tiniest bitterness in the finish. Body's a little watery, but it's a mild. No carbonation. Very good.
