On tap at Bar Lupulus, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice wild yeast character, with plenty of brett funk and some rustic notes. Flavour is very similar, with plenty of wild bacteria, moderate funk, and rustic notes. Fairly complex for a low ABV saison. There's almost a plasticy character underneath that isn't desirable. The bugs have worked nicely here though. Good.

A lightly hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light coriander, citrus pulp, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light Brett, light Curaçao, very nice. On tap at Dominion City.

Keg at CW Family & Friends, Session 1 @Manchester Central, 21/02/20. Hazed golden with an off white head. Nose is ripe citric peel, grass, funk, damp oak, yeast esters. Taste comprises grass, peach, apricot, oak, funk, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy pepper, rustic farmhouse yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with a nice spicy yeast character, some gentle black pepper, and a little funk. Dry and rustic, with a good saison yeast profile. Very good.

750ml @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, fruitiness. Taste: along the same lines, some citirc acid. Overall: pretty good and pleasant.
