750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: almost clear pale golden with a white head. Aroma: nice rustic notes, very refreshing. Taste: rustic, wheaty, a bit bitter aftertaste. Overall: nice and refreshing.

Pale, slight haze. Has a nice bretty component to the nose, some bright fruity hops. On the palate, dry, nice bretty note, slight tartness, and then there's a bit of bright stone fruits. Beautiful character and balance. Very drinkable. High quality.

Draft: Poured a gold color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart and sour notes with some funky ester and vinous notes with light oak. Taste is also a mix of tart dominant notes with some very funky ester with some vinous notes and light oak notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable and good mix of wine barrel notes.

On tap at Bar Hop Brewco, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart raspberries, dusty bugs, and light earthiness. Flavour is gently buggy, with tart raspberries, rustic saison yeast, and some earthiness. Dusty and buggy, with a nice fruity, tart finish. Good.
