On tap at Devil's Elbow. Pours clear pale blonde. Lots of apple skins on the nose; slightly sour with some must. Flavour is less pleasant with a more fibrous apple core character coming through. Still some of the initial must, but not enough. It is fairly dry, but other than that this needs work.

On tap at Windfall, pours a lightly hazed dull blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has light winter spices, apple skins, and light sugars. Flavour is on the drier side, with apple skins, winter spices (cinnamon, maybe clove), not much notice of the cranberry. Simple but pleasant enough. Okay.

On tap at Windfall, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma has moderate sugar, pear skins, and a touch of champagne-like bubblies. Flavour is light-to-medium sweet, with crisp pear skins, some sugars, and a touch of effervescence. Simple, clean, maybe a bit too sweet for my tastes but competently done.

473 ml can. Pours a dull pinkish gold. Aromas of earthy florals and dried apple. Flavors of fruit flavoured medicine, more earthly florals and more dry apples. Not for me. Seems rose petals and apples don’t mix well.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish pale blonde with very minimal white head. Mild apple, even milder grapefruit hops. Far too timid to make any lasting impression. Meh.
