On tap at Windfall. Pours clear blonde with a faint rose tint. Apple skins, some cores, and some very musty notes as well. Flavour is pretty shallow, dry apples, some cores. Struggling to find any berries. Not that interesting.

On tap at Windfall. Pours pale blonde with a slight haze. Apple cores on the nose. Flavour has apple cores, some skins. Very shallow apple character. No grapefruit detectable. Just not that good.

On tap at Windfall. Pours clear pale blonde. Wisps of apple and ginger on the nose. Flavour is on the sweet side, some apple sauce, cores; not much ginger. Very mediocre cider.

On tap at Devil's Elbow. Pours clear pale blonde. Lots of apple skins on the nose; slightly sour with some must. Flavour is less pleasant with a more fibrous apple core character coming through. Still some of the initial must, but not enough. It is fairly dry, but other than that this needs work.

On tap at Windfall, pours a lightly hazed dull blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has light winter spices, apple skins, and light sugars. Flavour is on the drier side, with apple skins, winter spices (cinnamon, maybe clove), not much notice of the cranberry. Simple but pleasant enough. Okay.

On tap at Windfall, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma has moderate sugar, pear skins, and a touch of champagne-like bubblies. Flavour is light-to-medium sweet, with crisp pear skins, some sugars, and a touch of effervescence. Simple, clean, maybe a bit too sweet for my tastes but competently done.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours cloudy pale red. Aroma has bright floral notes, light apples. Flavour is quite sweet, some red apple coming through.
