Shaker pint draft at Foran’s Grand Trunk Pub in Detroit, Michigan. The pour is a slightly hazed golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is soft grain, a bit of mineral and earthy spice hop. The taste is the fresh cereal malt along with some of the mineral and earthy spice floral hop character. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry mineral and earth finish. Solid.

Draught at Coriander, 10/26/24. Lightly cloudy, bronze-maize. Little/no head. Watermelon is prominent, fruity, juicy, authentic. Lime is low, with moderate lactic character and biscuity malts. Juicy, tart, quite lactic but not punchy. Fruits are juicy and flavorful, but don't beat you to death. Great malt depth and attenuation. Quite dry. Not a fan of kettle sours in general, but this is done very well.

On tap at HopCat Livonia. Pours yellow with a white head. Medium heavy haze. Citrus and pine in the aroma. Flavor leads with pine, herbal, spice, citrus, and some bitterness. I do like when hazies branch out a bit, so this is nice.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a slight copper hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grains and a hint of citrus with a good amount of bread supporting. Flavor is bready through out with some sweet grains and a touch of citrus in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice dank citrus and pine with a bit of mango and light sweet grains underlying. Flavor has bitter citrus, light mango and a bit of pine with a light grain backbone.
