Uklar oransje med tynn skumring. Lukter epleeddik og fersken. Veldig sur men også fruktig. Lyse stenfrukter. Syrligheten sitter i lenge.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Rubyish black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is cherries, vanilla, some aloe vera and lavendel and some medicinal tones. Flavour is oak, some kebab sauce spiciness with cherries and vanilla tones. Very strange brew, probably the oakiness doing some funny stuff to it.

75 cl bottle, 5.2 % abv. Cork says 2021. Poured into a Tulip. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, dry wooden notes, tannin, a hint of black pepper, and some vinegar. The taste is sour. Medium body, lively carbonation. Dry, tart fruity finish with lingering lemons and very dry white wine. Not for the faint hearted, yet with a rewarding complexity.

75 cl bottle. Hazy golden colour with a big, bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with grapefruits, apricot, salty notes, a dry grassy bitterness from the tequila barrels. The taste is light sour. Medium body. Dry, tart fruity finish with lingering salty hints. Lovely, intense.
Really nice sour. Lovely beer. Super clean and straightforward. Mikkeller Ams

(Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Berlin, 15 Aug 2024) Cloudy golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, funky nose with notes of vinegar, apricots, peaches and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with apricots, peaches, oak wood, lemon and vinegar. No bitterness. Medium body, dry. Quite tart and funky with a woody/vinegar acidity and a rich apricot character. Very nice.
