Lots of stone fruit, lemon with some mangoes in the background. Tart, medium bitterness lighter body for the Abv . The hops really shine but fairly bitter. I don’t mind but a hybrid style

Brasserie knot Moon Double IPA 8% 70 ibU I got this deep golden brew with a wisp of foam in honor of the recent Moon Viewing Season. It’s got a rich stone fruit hop bouquet and I’d quite full bodied. Great heavy juicy stone fruit up front with hint of dankness. Well balanced. This is great, best I’ve had from Brasserie Knot.

Interesting. I quite like it. It’s quite thick and full on and looks like a NE but isn’t really. Grape lingers but its just a nice slightly sweet taste

Quite malty. Something slightly funky about it. Not 100% sure.

I’ve been wanting to try this new brewery out of Hokkaido! Brasserie Knot Flower Belgian Wit 4.5% Cloudy gold with dense white foam but not all that much, huge coriander wheat aroma. Nice medium smooth body with a floral sweet coriander wheat flavor. Very solid.

Nice stuff. Soft and easy going. Creamy and a bit sweet. Maybe a Weizen wit hybrid. Little bit of spice but alright!

Tap at Beer Bravo. A bit hazy gold. Piny, herbal nose. A bit grassy, like Chinook. Bready malt. Flavor is super piny and herbal, solid malt, not too sweet, pretty bitter in the finish. Not exactly the hop character I like, as it is so piny, but it's well put together.
