Description
CoHop is quite simply the first cooperative of microbreweries in Brussels.

CoHop is a shared, eco-responsible brewery offering quality craft beers with a positive societal impact, all in an open and friendly environment.

The aim is to share a place located in the historic Arsenal site in Etterbeek, brewing equipment, our skills, a brewpub, a training area as well as a sandwich shop and a beershop.

Draft @ Dynamo.
Couleur orange/pâle, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est léger houblonné - un peu épicé, fumé avec une côté houblonné délicat et un peu trop en retrait sur les agrumes repris en appui par un malté pâle cara.
Palais est crémeux, malts pâle et pils, petite touche épicée et de chaleur des piments, plutôt modéré au départ mais revient par la suite. Le tout garde un volet un peu fumé qui pourrait indiquer l'usage de chipotle. Fini un peu sur le grillé/bready.

I loved it! That’s by far the best saison I’ve had in a very very long time. I could drink a 6 pack of that. Fruity ok the nose. Dry in the mouth. And super light.

Dense, just lightly yellowish head over hazy yellow beer. Fresh floral, herbal and especially fruity notes, mainly citrus. Fresh, lively fruity and leafy flavour, with quite some bitter (hopesters) in the finish. Spritzy carboantion, quite slick, refreshing. Nice! Txs to Stef!

Draft @ CoHop. Après la dégustation de l'Arsenal qui mettait une belle claque avec son apport noix de coco, c'est ici une petite sœur du Sabro qui est également censée mettre en avant un effet coco - ce dernier demeurera assez mitigé voire absent.
Couleur dorée pâle, col blanc-cassé léger.
Arôme du Talus était de prime abord décevante, pourtant un houblon très marqué surtout en noix de coco, ici, j'ai plus eu des retours de céréales concassés, avec un retour délicat d'agrumes. Le nez reste assez neutre et ce même avec ce houblon, fines pointes de pamplemousse
Palais reste plus centrée sur une base de grains, malt concassés/céréales. Le tout est assez sec avec ce caractère levure qui vient ajouter à cette sensation. Après environ 20minutes, le caractère du Talus - surtout son apport tropical-noix de coco se révèle un peu plus. Le tout garde qcq notes d'agrumes mais reste au final assez 'blend'.
