[ As SPYBREW Conspiracy IPA ].Unclear medium yellow - amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel, moderate hoppy, light mandarin - orange. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dried fruit, orange, hoppy, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150529]

Sample@Copenhagen Beer Festival 2015, (29/05/2015) - golden pour with no head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with overt chili burn on tasting, some spicy herbs on the palate, the chili is very rough, not enjoyable, maybe novelty factor as a late night drunken drinking game to see peoples faces on trying for the first time!

25 cl stubby (hand) bottle. Label says: "Amager Ølhus Chiliøl" at 5%. Pours a hazy golden with a tiny, rough head. Aroma is all dry and dusty chili. Medium body, lowish carbonation, a note of caramellish palts but otherwise just roaring, burning eavy chili. This will give you severe assburn. As with all these heavy chili beers I can only consider them a gimmick. For drinking pleasure they can only be considered absurd and a bit of a bad joke. Uttely useless. 080715
