At Strangers Brewing Co. we brew craft beer, by hand in small batches. We have a core range of beers which are available all year round, as well as seasonal specials that take their flavours from what’s growing on the farm and the surrounding Scottish countryside. We want to make beer that’s full of flavour yet balanced, interesting without being ‘wacky’. We make beer that we enjoy drinking, instead of just following what everyone else is doing.

Can thanks to Delaney. Appearance - copper with a snow white head. Nose - burnt toffee, caramel and bready. Taste - burnt bread and caramel. Palate - light to medium bodied, sweet middle and finish. Overall - not on style, not hoppy at all. Closer to a Bitter or even a Mild.

On cask @ Cafe Royal. Appearance - amber and clear, thin white-ish head. Nose - toffee and apples. Taste - caramel, bread and green apples. There's also a general feel of muesli. Palate - Thin and astringent. Overall - have a feeling I'm first to have this today.
