As Tanheiser Honey. Klare kräftig goldene Farbe. Geruch sehr süß, Honig, getreidig. Geschmack nach Honig, süß malzig.

Bottle under the name of Tanheiser Export picked up in Bierbaboon. Purple with no head. Aroma is sweet blackcurrant. Flavour is sticky sweet blackcurrant, meh.

This beer was labelled as ’Tanheister Extra’ at the 2016 International Green Week festival in Berlin. Thanks to FatPhil and Marduk for finding it’s ’regular Latvian name’ just for me: I had better write something nice about it I suppose! Well it came in a lovely glass, the deposit was almost as much as the beer price. Pale old gold in colour, fading white head on this draught offering. Malts rule the aroma and taste, semi-sweet with a grainy feel throughout. Some bitterness below the surface and overall not bad.

PET. Niskoalkoholowy napoj gazowany. Ciemny przypominajacy Coca Cole lekko chlebowy i dosadnie karmelowy. ODbijajaca czkawka po tym czyms zostala. Za slodkie i zbyt karmelowe. Meczace

500ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Dense, beige head that stayed well. Spotty lacing. Clear red-brown body. Dark bread malty aroma, mid-dry. Mid-sweet grain malty taste joined by caramel and raisin. Drying, smooth in the mouth. Nice as a soft drink (Tromsø 09.10.2015).

Purple color with no head.Sweet, blackcurrant. Slightly tart. Quite sugary. Okay, but too sweet for me.

Fonefan 110415. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is bread, malt. Flavour is sweet, bread, sugar, rye, malt. Boring beer.
