Bouteille 50cl au Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Gabi. BB 15/03/2021 Pourpre, col crémeux rosé. Arôme assez fruité marqué par le cassis - en purée et le tout assez adouci. Le bouquet général est ponctué d'effluves de grains et final de levure. Le sucre est assez marqué. Palais est fruité cassis en purée sans avoir de vrai composante acidulée - petit fini terreux, collant aux lèvres avec e sucre résiduel, caramel léger au fini. Après une Cantillon, je pensais que cette bière serait dans cette lignée, ici, on tombe dans le style tout à fait allemand - fruité sucré.

The taste is spot on, but the sweetness is a bit overwhelming and takes over the drinks. But other than the excess sugar it is a drink with plenty of good flavors. ALA Riga
