Hah, went to try it at the Boortmalt/Badass stall as a curiosity, but it's a tick apparently. Hazy golden body, off-whtie head. Huge woody aroma, really tonka-like primarily, with light vegetal touches. The taste is pretty much similar - the tonka-like amburana dominating things with light vegetal touches and pretty much no base beer pushing through there. Fun experiment rather than a serious beer.

Draught Very fluffy head, white and lacey over fully hazy orange beer. Fresh malts' nose, even cucumber as greenmalt. Fresh malts, citrus, fresh citrusleaf, again cucumber/greenmalt. Light body of course, good - even slightly excessive - carbonation. Really fresh (beer was effectively only 3 days finished), and remakably tasty for a nablab.

Copper coloured beer under a good, stable, lightly yellowish head. Coffee, as cold-brewed coffee; notes of gingerbread. Coffee, raw grains, cinnamon retronasal. Sunflower seed. Light but nowhere empty. Certain maltslickness. Not very carbonated. Coffee - and not much else. Too demure IMHO.

Almost no head; clear golden beer. Fine New World hops, floral. Cascade and other C-hops giving a delicate flavour reminiscent of asparagus. Slightly bready malts to a drier finish. Light, medium to effervescent carbonation, almost refreshing. Interesting pale ale, which to me is somewhere halfway between English and American (mainly the hops) style pale ale.

Good white head, stable; clear, faintly copperish golden beer. Nice delicate C-hops, finish has cookies. Soft malts, finish rendering the C-hops overnew. Nutty dryness, also an overlying peppery flavour. Light, undercarbonated but high attenuation. Aftertaste is a bit more hoppy again. Medium bodied. The nose is great, but the taste ought to borrow more from the hops, not only the malts, even when that wasn't the objective.

Small rim over golden, cristal clear golden beer. Faintly spicy, wood, green leaves. Sage for a moment, can't find the thyme in the nose. Lactic acid, lemon. Finish is a bit bland for a Berliner. The sage disappeared from the nose, but returns in the aftertaste. Light body, spritzy but with limited refreshing quality. Nice, light beer, certaintly not overwhelming.

Pours surprisingly dark brown, medium to mediumlarge creamwhite colored, stable head. Scent is gingerbread alright, kinda sharp though. Bit herbal, almost a touch metallic - but it aint actual metallic. Taste is sharp, very recognizable after trying the malts on their own, yet more sharp in it's beerform. Gingerbread, clear on cinnamon for sure! Quite malty indeed, perhaps a bit over the top for me though. Mild chocolate notes. Medium to medium thin body, medium carbo.
