Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Brownish dark amber body, off-white head Cinnamon, cloves, dry spices dominate the aroma. Lean, dry bitter taste, cinnamon, herbal notes, spicy, low burn, dry, okay!

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Pale reddish body. Sharp cherries and light phenols in the aroma, okay. Smooth taste, mainly spicy phenols over cherries, simple, okay overall - the body elevates it a fair bit.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Clear shiny red body I reckon, almost no head. Creamy, smooth aroma, strawberries moving towards plastic/diesel sadly, with a little bit of pepper. Simple taste, dry, basically strawberries and plastic again, okay overall - but strawberries really aren't good fermented...

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Murky golden body, off-white head. Dry aroma, some tomato notes, but a fair bit of phenols as well. Lean, dry, watery even phenolic and lightly citric taste, tomatoes MIA... Really fun experiment on paper, some liked it, it didn't sit well with me, especially since I actually expected a gose hahah.
