Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. The fig leaves are cleanly present and it is weird, but good. Very herbal feeling overall, dry, kinda flowery too. I works well.

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Clear paaale yellow body. Breaty, earthy, herbal aroma, bit dry. Spicy taste, cherry pit, bit bretty, fruity-herbal touches, soft. Unique, odd, really glad to have tried it, even if I didn't love the profile!

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Almost clear golden body, white head. Funky, dry, peppery aroma, light grapes maybe, not its strongest point. Dry taste, very pleasant white grapee notes, lean, light overall, sweetish, ending a bit tart. I was pretty strict with my rate at first, but it did grow on me.

Claire, col blanc fin crémeux blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité assez plsiant avec la pomme qui perce bien tout comme l'abricot qui reste frais et tranche avec le reste plus acidulé. Ce dernier se démarque encor eplus après un bon 30min à t° ambiante.
Palais tend à me rappeler l'usage d'une levure de cidre tant ce côté pomme / cidre perdure. Le tout reste positionner sur une note âcre et aigre amrqué, peut-être rehaussé par le kiwi un une fine doucuer pulpeuse d'abricot qui perce en retrait. Le tout navique entre douceur et aigreur. Sur la fin, je note un retour discret d'un malt pils tout en maintenant un caractère cidre, fine sécheresse de fin de bouche avec l'abricot qui revient pour accompagner le tout.
