Clear gold yellow cider, no head. Aroma: lots of fresh pressed apples, apple juice, some green apples (Granny Smidt), slightly funky. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots and lots of apple juice, nice acidity, apple acid, pretty tart, a little smoky touch, pretty dry. Aftertaste: some sweet apple juice, lots of sour apples, a bit lemony. Very pleasant one!

Gents Bier Festival 2023 - Hazy pale yellow with thin head. Aroma and flavour of sweet orchard fruit. Just a touch of pear in the background. Primarily apple.

Clear pinkish yellow cider, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, lots of pears indeed, some apple skin, funky, yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sour apples up front, apple kin, a bit lemony, a little funky, nice acidity, good! Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, acidic, lemony, apple juice, very dry, a little metallic, nice one!

Pours a dark, clear bronw. No head. Scent is honey, roasty, milkchocolate; Taste is sharp, mildly acidic, caramel, perfectly balanced, as was the first version.
