Can on 18th October 2024 from Labietis Centraltirgus, Riga.pours an inky black with shallow, tan foam and full lacing. Rich and intense roast maltiness, earthy pungency and tart cherry fruits in aroma. Richly roasty in-mouth with tart cherry fruits and smokiness that builds into an intense smoky finish. A smooth yet engaging mouthfeel and a medium body. Absolutely exquisite.

44cl can from Rimi Hyper Apelsīns, Ādaži. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Surprisingly fresh and sour with citrus, cranberries, yeast and notes of gale and honey. Acidic and peculiar, but certainly tasty.

Smell-weak berry, weak cherry, weak honey. Foam- thin, weak sweetness, weak berry, weak honey. Head is small white-pink in color. Sticks. Appearance - simple can. Dark ruby in color, with no visible carbonation. From - tulip Taste - weak cherry, weak honey, weak bitter tones, faint sourness. Actually not too bad, alcohol is somewhat covered.

Let's start light. Smell-weak herbal, jasmine, honey. Foam- thin, weak sourness, weak herbal tones, weak tea, jasmine I guess. Head is medium-sized, white in color. Appearance - experimental can, simple. Slightly cloudy yellow in color, medium carbonation. From - tulip Taste - weak herbal tones, weak citrus, weak honey, fainty tea and faint sourness, somewhere in the background honey. Honestly,. not that bad, this is one of these more sour meads, I would like them sweeter. So not for me.
