On tap at Drinkøtéka. Pours murky dull gold with a white head. Plenty of juicy plums, tart skins; moderate acidity. Not super complex, but still nicely done with good plum expression.

Magus, mõru, linnaseline, veits vesine, karamelline, röst, alks. Ok, libiseb hästi.
Hapu, magus, guava, puuviljane, veits vesine, nats mineraalne, veits soolane. Õlut vähe. Joodav.

A 500ml bottle collected from the brewery last summer. Poured into a pint glass at home. A beautifully made forest ale.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of oranges, hops, wheat, and barley. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, citrus fruits, hops, and barley, leading to a bitter finish. 6/1/6/3/13

Taste - malt, weak caramel, weak chocolate, some bitter tones, a bit boozy. Some roast. Overall feels boozy.
440ml Can from Beer Brigadier, Tilburg, drunk at Roadburn 2025. Pours an opaque cloudy orange, small white head. Doesn't taste like a sahti whatsoever. Very thick tasting, hop heavy, super sweet NEIPA.. good tho. Cracked after Midwife, supped waiting for Stress Positions.

Tap at PBF 2025. Misty golden body, white head. Pretty distinct "wild plum" aroma, somewhat funky. The taste is a mild disappointment though - sure, nice plum notes are there, in the sweetish, tartish taste, but I got some cheesy notes as well from the funk, which didn't sit perfectly with me. It is what it is, a fun experiment!
