Many thanks to weihenweizen for bringing this can to Europe. Neutral nose, not much carbonation. Sourish grainy beginning. Dry roasted body with a sour grainy back. Fruity, malty dry with hints of sourish plums and cherries. Somehow strange though.

From can @ Newark Airport. Being over my luggage allowance, I had to drink a can or two in the airport. Can't judge colour (it being in a can and all) so 5 points for that. Roasty aroma, coffee, cacao. Light bitter flavour, coffee, roasted malts. Bit thin. Finish roasted malts, coffee, light chocolate.
(from 355mL can @ Newark Airport. Thanks for the can, Jtclockwork!)

Can, thanks to my boss who picked it up for me on her trip home this past weekend. Thanks Christy! My first WV beer - my other WV ticks have been ciders. And finally... drinking this one for my old friend Big Bob. Even though he thought "good beer" was Dos Equis and called it "Dulseckies" he was a great guy and I'm very sad he's gone. Now down to the review. Pours amber with a soft beige head. Aroma is red fruit, caramel. Flavor is caramel, green and brown leaf, green and brown grass, light rose, light fruit, light dough. Though pretty standard, it's very drinkable and inoffensive.

Can from jtclockwork: this is probably pretty old. In any cass nice ruby black pours with a fluffy beige head. Aroma seems a bit off as it is very attenuated and lacking roast and other stuff stout usually have. Taste is sweet and kind of thin. I think it is supposed to be but who knows.
